Quality and Accreditation Commission – Duties

  • Determine the job descriptions and functioning of the commissions and working groups affiliated with the department.

  • Ensure coordination and cooperation among the department commissions.

  • Oversee the PDSA (Plan–Do–Study–Act) cycles carried out within the department commissions to ensure the functioning of the Quality Assurance System.

  • Monitor and control archiving activities.

  • Provide necessary recommendations for improvements and tasks to the commissions within the scope of accreditation activities.

  • Work in coordination with the student representatives serving in the commission.

  • Record all meetings by preparing signed minutes.

  • Prepare and archive PDSA forms related to these processes.
