Preparation and implementation of the Employer Survey to be given to the workplaces where graduates work.
To apply the Alumni Information Survey to graduates at least once a year, to evaluate the results of the survey and to contribute to
continuous improvement activities by taking the necessary measures. In line with this information, to exchange views with the “Internal and External Stakeholders Commission”.
To increase communication and interaction with alumni. To organise lifelong learning activities for graduates. To direct alumni to the Rectorate Alumni Unit.
To work in coordination with the student representatives taking part in the commission.
To document all meetings by preparing minutes and keeping signed records. To prepare and archive PUKÖ (Procedures for University Administrative Units) forms related to these processes.
